After becoming inspired by random photography images local Photographers from LA to NYC, it was a conversation during a New York Photo Shoot in the Bronx with LA/NYC Famed Photographer William Springfield that sparked Jay Carter’s aspiration into becoming a reality. An in the summer of 2009, Photographer Jay Carter decided to give the Photography World a try. Intrigued with a new way to express his creativity & vision Jay Carter quickly decided to start “The Carter Photography” and try to create captures that others could be inspired by.
